Do you do international shipping?

What shipping methods are available?

We provide tracked delivery. Or, you can self collect at our self collection point. It’s here.

How do I track my order?

We provide a tracking number upon request.

How long will it take to get my package?

For local delivery within Singapore it takes 2-3 working days. 

For international orders usually 1-2 weeks, depending on country and customs clearance.

Orders before 3pm will be same day; orders after 3pm will be best effort basis.

My delivery is taking longer than usual, WHUT DA HELL IS GOIN’ ON?

There may be instances where deliveries take longer due to peak seasons. Highlight it to us and we’ll try to sort it out for you. onlinebicycle.com uses 3rd Party Logistics partners. Because of this, we’ll not be able to do any refunds on delayed deliveries.

Returns

How can I cancel or change my order?

If the order is processed and packed, we’re unable to cancel or change it. 

There is a cancellation fee of 10% for approved cancelled requests. This 10% applies for any product only. Delivery fee or other service fees are not refunded.
Eg.,
Product $100 + $5 delivery
Refund will be $90

Can I return a product if I’ve not used it or touched it even?

We allow up to 7 days for returns. This is subject to item condition and packaging, and can only be exchanged for other items.

For returns by delivery, you’ll have to bear the return shipping cost, and let us know the registered tracking code after it’s shipped.

For returns at our self collection point, let us know you’re returning the item and the item you’re exchanging it for in advance.
