Can I shop at your store?

No, we don’t have a retail outlet. We do have a warehouse to provide self collection, and it’s here.

Where are your products from? Is it drop-ship or ready stock?

All products are ready stock unless otherwise indicated. They’re shipped from Singapore.

Is there a cut-off time for orders for delivery?

Orders before 12pm will be processed and shipped on the same day.
Orders after 12pm will ship next working day.

Are your products brand new or refurbished? Are they even authentic?

All products are brand new unless indicated. We don’t deal with fakes, they’re all authentic.

What’s the warranty like on your products?

In general, products would follow warranty terms from the manufacturer’s official website.

Each product has different warranty terms, please drop us an email if unsure.

What are your payment methods/terms?

We only accept online payments. This includes either full payment or Buy-Now-Pay-Later before any collection or delivery. We don’t accept cash on collection or cash on delivery. 

What is the waiting time for pre-order products?

This depends on the product, they’re subject to availability from suppliers. There were a few unfortunate cases with no lead times available. You’re encouraged to check with us first before committing.

Can I try a product and then return it if it’s not what I want or incompatible for use on my bike?

We’re not IKEA. #lastwarning

We don’t have a try-before-you-buy policy.

Can you install the parts I bought for me?

We don’t do installations,

but.

For installation requests, we have a partnership with Inkedmechanic. onlinebicycle.com customers get to enjoy preferential rates on labour! Enquire with Inkedmechanic at 88382511 for details and rates of your requested service.

Do you take product requests, can you bring in products not listed on your site for me?

We do, but whether we’re able to bring in depends on many other factors. Let us know the brand and model of the specific product. We’ll quote you the lead time and pricing before you decide to commit. Once you’re sure to go ahead with the request, we’ll need a non-refundable 50% deposit.
